What are the steps to backup Facebook data like photos, videos, messages, and more?

  1. First, you need to log into your Facebook account.
  2. Click on the arrow in the top right and then select “ Settings ” in the drop-down menu.
  3. After that, you will be redirected to the Facebook settings page. From the right panel, choose the ” Your Facebook Information ” option.
  4. Here it will display different options for you on the left side. Now you need to click on “ View ” to download your information.
  5. In the next step, you need to select New File option and also choose a date range (all my data), type the format either HTML format or JSON format (we recommend HTML) and Medium quality (High, Medium and Low). If you want the best results, choose high quality.
  6. Next, you can select what you want to download by adding or removing data categories as per your preference by clicking on the boxes on the left side of Facebook.
