All you have to do to create this report is to open the command prompt (Command Prompt) in any way from the ways we have previously reviewed. However, the easiest way is to press the Win + S keys together on the keyboard to open the search bar and then type “CMD” or “Terminal” if you are using Windows 11, then from the search results click on the “Run as administrator” option to open the command prompt with administrator privileges.
After the CMD window appears, type the command [powercfg/batteryreport] then press Enter. The battery report will be an HTML file and is stored in a folder on the computer, so once this command is executed, the file path will be displayed in the command prompt.
